Attention all retailers conducting app transactions! As per the recent directives from NSDL and all banks, starting April 16, 2024, a charge will be imposed on the first 2FA verification of the day for every retailer.

Previously, you had to perform your verification 2FA first and then proceed with transactions. However, under the new regulations by banks and NSDL, a charge will now be levied on retailers by NSDL and banks for this initial 2FA verification.

The charge amounts to 94 paisa deducted from your wallet, inclusive of 80 paisa + 18% GST. It's important to note that this charge will only apply to verification 2FA, not transaction 2FA.
