This can play a crucial role and make a big difference in many aspects of the game from ball handling, finishing at the hoop, rebounding, making tough catches and so much more!

1. Re-Grips with a Basketball(if you’re hands are big enough) and with a smaller medicine ball
2. Medicine Ball Catches Away from the Body (I threw the claps in for an extra challenge)
3. Wall Ball Catches away from the Body
4. Cable Resisted catches with a basketball Attachment
