Poetic Affinity Case for iPhone 6

A true hybrid, and all-around awesome case!

The Poetic Affinity protective hybrid case has such a gorgeous design! The black molded corners and frosted clear back cover really work well together to bring out the color and design of the iphone 6.

My iPhone is silver, and although I like its color, with every other clear case I've tried (about 3), the selling point for me has been the ability to custom create photos, and hence, have a custom phone case. I thought that was what I might do with this one, but once I put it on, I immediately changed my mind because of how gorgeous it is just "naked!" So that's how my phone "wears" it, and it's stunning. I wish I could post pics of it on my phone, but it's kinda hard with the case on :)

Also- I honestly have not a single concern with the idea of any yellowing either, which has always been a concern (and problem) for me in terms of longevity with clear cases of any sort since I'm a smoker. But not with this case! Not sure if it's because of the frosting, the black corners (instead of clear all around), both- or just because it's obviously a much higher grade material than some of the cheap plastic I've seen in others.

Either way- I live on the beach and am quite active outdoors, so using a case without port covers and hard core protection has always been a bit scary. Which is why I've always been reluctant to buy hybrid, or bumper, cases since they not only make me feel unprotected, but with everything I'm involved in, for the most part they are impractical. But with the Poetic Affinity, just the way that this case is made, makes me feel as though I have the same rugged case on my phone that I'm used to- Without the bulk! For example:

1. just in looks- with whatever kind of screws these are near the corners, the frosted back, and way that the corners mold around to cover all sides,

2. the sturdiness of the corners themselves,

3. the perfect "fit" of the case -being snug on my phone,

4. that it doesn't slip out of my purse or pocket,

5. the "grip" on all sides so it doesn't slip out of sweaty or wet hands, and

6. the port covers are deep enough to protect from debris, but not too deep so I can still use my accessories just fine.

7. Oh- and the button covers function great, too!

Perhaps it would be nice to see other colors in the Affinity case. I'm really undecided on that, though. I really like mine, ALOT- just the way that it is :)

All in all: The difference in the Poetic Affinity case that sets it apart from most is that it truly is a "hybrid" case. I honestly never quite understood what that meant until now. With this case I benefit from both worlds, because 1. I have a gorgeous case that shows off my phone (unlike any of my full body ones) and 2. serious protection (especially with the addition of tempered glass)!
