Woodpeckers new Juice Groove Jig adjusts to any square or rectangular cutting board from approximately 10-1/4” x 10-1/4” to 18-3/4” x 18-3/4”* and makes cutting juice grooves a quick and easy job... even if you have dozens of boards...all of different sizes...to do. It’s faster, stronger and simpler than any other juice groove jig on the market.

Just 4 Ratcheting knobs at the corners enable you to quickly adjust the jig size. Slide the steel rails into place, lock them up and you’re set. The rigid, 11-gauge formed steel rails won’t deflect like plastic and wood rails can.

The 2” deep rails allow you to cut juice grooves on any board from 3/4” to 1-7/8” (even thicker boards can be used by adding spacers under the jig).

Easily customize the appearance of your cutting board by changing the margin from the edge of the board to the juice groove. It’s simply a function of the width of the spacers used between the Juice Groove Jig and your board. Smaller spacers move the groove inward, larger spacers move the groove toward the edge of the board.

The Juice Groove Jig works great with Ultra-Shear Juice Groove Bits. Save tedious sanding and create a custom look with these bits offered in a variety of widths and profiles. All feature softened shoulders that ease into the groove for better flow and a smoother look. Of course, the Juice Groove Jig also works with any standard core box bit.
