Recipe: Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
9 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Steak seasoning
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons of sorghum syrup (or honey or maple syrup)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Season both sides of the pork tenderloins with steak seasoning, and sear them in the skillet until browned on all sides.
Lay out 9 slices of bacon and encase the pork tenderloins completely.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard over each pork tenderloin, then sprinkle with more steak seasoning.
Wrap the bacon around each pork tenderloin and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of sorghum syrup (or honey or maple syrup) over each pork tenderloin.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
