Forsythe making a great play on Longoria on a high chopper! Here's how to make the play, as explained by Coach Colt Sedbrook.

Key Points:
1: The Push Through ...With a strong glove hand, field this ball out in front to allow the momentum to help with the throw. As you feel the ball, push through it towards the belt.
2: Transfer at Center ...Bring the baseball to the belt at the center of the body, transferring the baseball before the right foot lands.
3: Right Foot Angled to 1B ...Get that right foot angled towards the first basemen. This will help with the rotation of the body with the throw.
4: Keep the Momentum ...Use the grass to help with the throw, and keep the momentum going with your throw. This play has to be made on the move!
