Scuba Tank DECONTAMINATION Process

In this short tutorial Nick Rinn shows the process of decontaminating a scuba tank.

The reasons a tank can get contaminated are from a compressor that has malfunctioned and mistakenly filled a tank with bad air, a tank somehow getting water in it and created rust, etc... This video shows the process that will decontaminate the pits, rust, or bad smell from the tank.

It is not recommended to do this yourself, it is recommended to take your tank to a local dive shop and or have a dive professional such as Nick Rinn give you advice and how to go about it.
