A very rare treat for myself and Barbie yesterday, as we got an exclusive glimpse of this year's Soon-to-be #1 Build. Nothing like walking a Parade-Ready home all to ourselves.

Welcome to the 2023 Salt Lake Parade of Homes, scheduled to officially begin tomorrow Friday July 28.

For the next two weeks, hundreds (maybe thousands) of parade goers will get to experience the top of the line builds by various builders. You're in to see truly the best of the best.

This beauty has way too many things to list, hence why this is Part I of II.

The Monaco was a joy to walk through. From the moment you walk in to the foyer, to the beautiful chandeliers, to the office/study, to the grandeur of every single bedroom....just WOW!

The double island kitchen, along with the Chef's Kitchen are to die for. As always, the wood flooring is immaculate, and despite my feelings about carpeting, Anchor Construction did a wonderful job with their choice of carpeting.

And what about the hallways...leading you to the Master Suite. The use of exposed beams in this bedroom (plus throughout the home) is perfection. Oh yeah, and let me know what you think of the master bath...not only how the space is used, but the attention to detail including the materials used.

As an entertainer's haven, The Monaco is sure to turn heads from up close, and up from afar....literally, if you get a chance to attend this year's parade, pay attention to the drive into the neighborhood.
