Select and Redeem: How to locate the pawn and use the Full Redeem button on the right-side menu.

Manage Payments: How to choose payment methods, adjust the collected amount, and change the transaction date if necessary.

Handle Receipts:

Check 'Print to Receipt Printer' for automatic receipt generation.

Use 'Save' to record the transaction without printing.

Use 'Save, Preview, Print' to review and print a receipt immediately.

It is vital to choose the correct status for your reporting:

Write Off: Used for special cases (like police confiscation) during the loan period. Crucially, the amounts paid out and collected are retained and included in your profit/loss calculations.

Void: This zeros everything out completely, as if the transaction never happened.

Forfeit: This closes the loan because the customer did not redeem it, and ownership of the item passes to the shop.
