Welding of semi trailer frames

This movie provides a quick introduction to the complete robotic equipment developed by Valk Welding and its partners for Kögel Choceň. The machine is intended for complete welding of semi-trailer frames, including related logistics. After tack welding of the frame, it is transported by a special carriage to a free workstation. There it is welded by three welding robots and then transported again by means of carriage to the output transfer point, from where the welded frame is picked up for further processing.
