Kochi: A politician-bureaucrat-advocate nexus is involved in the disappearance of case files related to Malabar Cements scam from the High Court, alleged Sanalkumar, brother of slain former company secretary Saseendran. He told Mathrubhumi News that these files went missing during the tenure of the present government and persons connected to former AG MK Damodaran were behind the incident.The CPM is trying to protect VM Radhakrishnan and his involvement should be suspected in the incident, Sanal said.
