Dry Polymer Make-Down Dosing Systems activate, age, and dose a polymer flocculant solution to increase solids sedimentation.

First, Joe runs through the operator panel. The selector switches allow you to flip between manual and automatic operation.

We install fiberglass stairs so you can easily access the dry hopper. The dry hopper comes in 110 lbs, 220 lbs, and 1650 lbs (big bag) sizes. Plus, containers can be designed to keep the equipment out of the elements while allowing easy access to the dry hopper.

Next, Joe highlights the three-chamber single tank design for activating, aging, and dosing the polymer solution. You'll gain an understanding of the flow-path in this section.

Lastly, you'll understand the equipment and process of the dilution water used to create the polymer flocculant solution.
