A lot of people buy 4x4's from a dealership "ready to go" offroading. A lot more people go buy a winch after they've already owned/purchased an offroad vehicle somewhere else. So, is installing a winch all there is to getting your winch offroad adventure ready? No! There's definitely more to it than that.

In this video, I go over a few basic checks and steps that you should do before heading out to use your winch for the first time. There are also a few routine maintenance checks you should do from time to time once you've used your winch that I go over to. So, let's get into it.
