The Evolving Image

From the dawn of our existence, art has provoked, prodded, and kicked all the sensations of life, sight, hearing, touch, and fragrance to explore that dark and endless world surrounding the familiar experience of what we know. Art is that ruthless, miraculous transforming principle of evolving life.

The beginning of this video is from a Wellesley-Weston Lifetime Learning lecture in the spring of 2013. I talk a little about my upbringing and then explore the evolution of my art from stained glass panels to stained glass sculpture in the landscape.
