Jazz Improvisation Demonstration: Blues & Bebop

This video is a demonstration of different approaches to jazz improvisation. I wanted to show my students that they can mix two different ideas which are blues and bebop. I think it's not easy to mix both ideas together, but as many players from bebop and hard bop eras, it's doable. It's good know when and how to play blues licks, so it helps you play them between bebop lines.
