A Stress Management Seminar was organised on this day.

The theme for World Red Cross Day 2023 is “Emphasizing the universal, human, and diverse dimensions of the Red Cross Movement.”...
SHCS, Sec-39, Urban Estate, LDH, observed World Red Cross Day on 8th May, 2023 by organizing an Orientation Programme for classes IX and XI on the topic ‘How to improve students’ mental health , self esteem and self worth’ .
The resource person for the same were Dr. Nidhi Aggarwal , Associate Professor Department of Psychiatry and Dr. Niroy , College of Physiotherapy, CMC & Hospital, LDH.
The team put light on the significance of ‘World Red Cross Day’ which is observed with a mission to extend help to all the individuals whenever they are in need at the time of emergencies and disasters.
Then they proceeded with the topic ‘How to improve students’ mental health , self esteem and self worth’. Dr. Nidhi satisfied all the queries of the attendees related to extreme fear, feeling low and inferiority complex whereas Dr. Niroy presented the benefits of physiotherapy in busy life of the individuals who experience cervical at their young age.
