Reason #1 why I’m leaving EDM and the EDM industry.

For those that are super fans and have followed my journey closely, you may recall me coming out on social media about a year ago to say I’m going to be more of a melodic artist than a dubstep artist. Looking back on this, it now seems that this was just a part of the journey towards self discovery. It was my way of making sense of how I’ve been feeling. I was feeling more attracted towards songwriting as I always have been, but the thought of leaving EDM hadn’t occurred to me yet, so I settled with a gray area which was being more of a melodic EDM artist so that I could incorporate more of songwriting that I enjoy more and comes naturally to me more. Basically my entire time being involved in the EDM industry has been just a path of self discovery.
