Hypnotherapy - Sadness removal - Hypnosis techniques

Hello my Hypnosis friends!!

Today we are working with a young lady with no previous experience with Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

I take her through the HYPNOSIS PRE TALK with he left and right hemisphere, fight, flight, and freeze, and then a basic Hypnosis induction.

We get the Hypnosis quite quickly and get to work.

I use the emotional detox to keep clearing and removing the issues from the past that psychotherapy and cbt have missed.

You will notice all my work is content-free, meaning I don't need to know what they think the issue is, rather what it really is. That's why counseling and cbt are very old fashioned in today's world.
