Dr. Radka Toms is a medical doctor with a specialty in Ophthalmology. She is also a functional medicine practitioner, an integrative nutrition health coach, and the founder of the My Sugar Stop™️.

Her subspecialties are corneal dystrophy, glaucoma, and cataract surgery. She uses more than a decade of medical experience and her own health journey to empower people worldwide towards self-healing using the philosophy ‘let food be thy medicine’ to help them see well and live healthier and happier lives.
