Good Morning Gentlemen,

Malden has been under Soviet control for 3 weeks now and it is time to shake the tree. At present we have no opportunity to make a full scale strike against their positions. Instead we are engaging in a series of long range strikes, and SpecOps hit and runs.

Your teams will be performing one such strike in the South West at La Riviere. Seal team 3 will insert after being smuggling into the bay onboard a civilian trawler. They will proceed to the mined region at the main harbour entrance and attach explosives to the guarding gunboat. The team will then proceed onland ready to strike in co-ordination with the second wave of forces.

Those forces will be the MARSOC team delivered by Mark V Special operations craft. The element will insert at full speed and disgorge its force onto the main front - You will NEED to insert through the gap opened by the SEAL team between the buoys. Once on the ground your mission is three fold.

1) Destroy all assets that you can in the supply depot at the harbour. You have access to a number of explosives charges and are free to do as much damage as you can.
2) Locate AA emplacements inland of the harbour (?) positions are suggested locations and destroy any AA capability of the local battalion.
3) Locate and eliminate or capture the local officers. Intel suggests that hey are in one of the nicer homes of La Riviere.

You will be facing a number of enemy forces and will have to deal with the beach watch tower facility which is usually heavily manned.
