2022 Veterans Day Celebration
Come celebrate a true great American Veteran, Joan Bennett. A Veterans Day tribute to Joan Bennet and her service with the U.S. Naval Corps and The Monterey Bay Veterans Inc.

Joan was the 1st female president of The Monterey Bay Veterans, Inc.

Joan has been instrumental with the planning and execution of providing ADA Handicap accessible fishing vessels available to disabled vets and their families on the west coast.

This 1st Female has helped design and implement the 1st ADA Wheelchair ramp for Anglers in the Pacific Ocean, located at Monterey Bay for the fishing community.

This 1st Female suggested commenced the Youth Fishing Tournament in Poolesville, Md. some 30 years ago that still exists today.

This 1st Female was commissioned from enlisted to Warrant Officer in The U.S. Navy serving in the Pentagon for several years.

We are interviewing Joan, just after the MBV 2022 Spring Salmon Derby at the VFW Post, located in Monterey Bay, California.
Joan stands true to her word..."The Fish Whisperer" has claimed 1st Prize as the Champion at this his year's event.
