My sister has been casually rockhounding around Auburn, Alabama area for months now and saving up every interesting rock she finds for me.
While my parents were visiting her, my dad, niece, and nephew took it to the next level and came back from a runoff area with two massive bags of rocks like they were on some kind of mission. I have no choice but to go through all of them!

In this video, I sort, clean, and try to identify the whole pile. Then I pick one mystery rock to cut open... and it completely surprises me. I ended up turning it into a little polished worry stone keepsake to send back to my sister; a full circle moment from Lake Martin to my saw and back to her hand.
