I've enjoyed this soup with a salad and breadstick when there were restaurants by me. Now that they are no longer near me, I can enjoy this soup anytime for a fraction of the cost. It's great for get togethers and goes quickly at church pot lucks. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 Cans of each-
Cream of mushroom, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Celery and Cheddar Cheese condensed soups.
30 ounces of Water with Chicken base (like LB Jameson's) or 2 cans of chicken broth
1 Can petite diced tomatoes
1 Cup chunky salsa or picante salsa
1 small (4.5 ounce can) green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 - 1 teaspoon red chili powder (depends on how spicy you like it)
ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3-4 Cups of cooked chicken breasts, Leftover rotisserie chicken works well
8 ounces shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Fried tortilla strips or make your own with flour tortillas thinly sliced and fried in hot oil, drain on paper towel
