Gary speaks candidly with Dave Thomas (BP Hall of Fame) about his start in the sport and his development since his sophomore year to senior year running cross country at Belmont Plateau Park in Philadelphia., his success and winning the Pa State Championships in XC and Track in the 1600/3200 and more .This past month Gary has come close to the mark running 4:00.95 (La Salle Explorer Meet) and his assault on breaking the 4 min mile recently winning the Penn Relays HS mile in 4:01.04.
