81k In Upgrades?!?!?! Cost You Should Expect When Building Your Semi-Custom New Construction Home

When we started building our house there were a lot of costs we weren't aware of and the number for those costs caught up with us so fast!

We were told to be prepared to spend anywhere between 10%-15% more on upgrades in our home, but we thought there could be no way we could hit that number, but boy was we wrong!!!!

In today's video, I'm sharing what costs you should expect to pay when you're building your Semi-Custom New Construction home, the costs, and numbers we incurred along the way, and some tips to help you plan as you start your journey to building your own new construction home.

Please keep in mind that even though I'm sharing numbers, these are just figures that were accurate for us at the time we signed our contract.

Depending on your builder your numbers could be higher or lower, but I know when I was looking for information I wanted to hear actual numbers to help me be better prepared.
