As a home health and home care provider for the entire State of Delaware, we have a few things that set us apart. One of them is how we operate!

Our Org Structure is a bit like this, from the top down:

Clients First
Happy Team Members=Happy Clients - Team Members drive care
Clinical Support Team (Care Coordinators including scheduling)
Clinical Director
On the other branch of the org chart we have our operations: Director of Partnerships and Growth, Director of HR and Compliance, and administrative support staff
Executive Director
Owner

A little bit that makes us unique is that most home care companies are run by their owners. While Tiffany did run the company for several years, she now works remotely. All day to day operations and decisions are made by the Executive Director and team.

Silver Lining Home Healthcare is a one-stop-shop for care, providing all levels of home care and home health in the State of Delaware.

Our Home Care includes: IADL and ADL assistance including running errands, transportation, cooking, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing and hygiene.

Our Home Health includes: Assistance with transfers (hoyer lift, sit-to-stand), complex care, Physician-prescribed things including but not limited to things such as wound care, medication management and administration, IV infusions, and PEG Tube feedings.
