Thanks to the Rapid Recap event I was able to level this guy up. I'm pretty much out of rings as a result, and that's without considering that the last two upgrades require 1.8 million rings and the fact that I got a lot of other specials I want to level up. It was worth it though as Repper Maetl Snoc is in my opinion the 2nd best character in the game after Tikal. Enjoy!
