This is Part 2 of our public address series where Hindu Samman Foundation (HSF) explains—point by point—the letters submitted to constitutional authorities to address the humanitarian crisis of persecuted Hindu refugees living in Delhi.
In this video, HSF explains Open Letter #2 submitted to the Delhi Government, outlining the constitutional, legal, and moral responsibilities of the State toward Hindu refugees who have fled persecution from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other Islamic countries.
This is not a protest or agitation.
This is a lawful, democratic appeal grounded in the Constitution of India.
The letter highlights urgent on-ground realities faced by refugee families in Delhi:
• Unsafe and inhuman living conditions in camps
• Lack of access to basic civic facilities such as housing, sanitation, water, healthcare, and education
• Absence of social security mechanisms despite long-term residence
• The emotional and economic vulnerability of women, children, elderly, and disabled refugees
HSF believes that training society to understand constitutional processes is the only sustainable way to protect vulnerable communities. When people are informed, organized, and legally aware, they are not misled by emotional narratives or dependent on individuals—they become self-reliant participants in democracy.
This public explanation is part of HSF’s larger effort to:
• Build a respectful and peaceful Hindu civic movement
• Create accountability through documentation and policy dialogue
• Ensure dignified living conditions for refugees in India
• Strengthen Hindu unity beyond caste, region, or language
📌 Watch till the end to understand what the Delhi Government can legally do—and what society must responsibly demand.
📌 Share this video to spread awareness, not anger—because constitutional clarity creates lasting change.
