Tremolo block shootout. Kaish brass block vs Fender steel block in Squier Classic Vibe.

I replaced the original wimpy block on a Squier Classic Vibe with a full size Fender steel block.
The difference was huge. The Fender steel block made the guitar sing and the sustain was much better.
To compare, I got a Kaish Music brass block. It fits perfectly and is heavier than the Fender steel block.
This is a head to head, riff for riff comparison (sort of..).
Same guitar, same (old) strings and same settings on a cheap Peavey Vypyr 15.
If it sounds good now, I can't wait to play it through one of my good amps with fresh strings.
Please don't say anything about my playing or the tuning. I know the guitar needs fresh strings and a proper tuning and I know I'm sloppy as heck.
This was a quick test to compare a brass block with a steel block.
Can you hear any difference? (*hint* I left the whammy bar off for the takes with the brass block)
Personally, I think the brass block tamed the shrill top end, added mid range girth and increased the sustain.
