Democrats are more critical of cryptocurrency than Republicans. Neither party has done much on this yet. The cryptocurrency industry will watch the midterm elections closely. If Republicans keep the House and Senate, bitcoin regulation is unlikely to move anywhere soon. More regulation would likely affect the cryptocurrency business. Some Republicans have also criticised #Bitcoin. Even if they keep control, things may change.
