The Doll Maker:

Power: Black Magic
Three dolls are randomly placed on the map. The Doll Maker
has the ability to teleport to nearest doll to the killer, when this
occurs the killer will be able to take control of that doll (any doll
looses Pin and Needles special ability).A sound cue indicates to
the killer when a player walks past a doll and the killer can teleport
to that doll specifically for a limited amount of time.


Special Ability: Pins and Needles
Place pins and needles on the floor of a doorway
using black magic. If a survivor walks over these
they will slow down by 20% for 3 seconds and the pins
and needles are removed from the doorway. The Pins
and Needles ability has a cool down of 60 seconds and
the killer can only have 2 at one time

Perks:

Tattletale
“Don’t be such a tattletale”
If you hit the obsession every other survivor in your terror
radius’s aura is revealed for 5 seconds.
Cooldown is (90, 75, 60) seconds

Atychiphobia
After a generator is completed, the next generator you
kick regressed (50%, 75%, 100%) faster than a regular kick

Pleasing the Tarot
“These are the cards you are dealt”
When hooking a survivor one of the following
will occur:
(5%, 8%, 10%) faster entity progress on hook
(10%, 13%, 15%) faster entity progress on hook
5% slower entity progress on hook

Backstory
After having an unfortunate miscarriage Miranda
Beckett slowly lost her sanity at the thought of
failing to deliver her baby. To combat this she
started making life-size child dolls to take care
and look after. Getting worse, Miranda started
researching black magic and whether it would be
possible to make the dolls come to life, to do so
she would need a blood sacrifice. Starting with
mice lead her onto killing cats, then puppies and
eventually perfecting it over time. When her
husband found her in the middle of a blood
sacrifice he tried to take away the dolls and seek
help leading Miranda to murder him right then
and there with her scissors. Now she is hungry
for more blood to feed her doll's life and the best
blood bag is a human.

The "Thread and Bones" chapter also comes with a new map called "The Doll House" a two story Victorian abandoned mansion filled with hidden passages and a basement filled with the Doll Maker's creations.
