This tutorial will cover a technique for increasing the standoff distance you can fire the IRMAV's, specifically the AGM-65G, in the AV-8B Harrier II in DCS, and thus increase the surivability of the jet in Non-pervasive airspace.

This method involves using the TPOD to handoff a point in space to the INS system, which in turn hands the point off to the sensor of the Maverick missile. This allows you to find and lock targets from a longer distance using the Zoom feature of the TPOD while also giving you a 360 degree FOV to search for targets as compared to the very limited FOV of the AGM-65G.
