Synopsis:
Given the hot real estate market in Indianapolis, Jefferson Electric is often called on by house flippers. While it may seem that real estate investors are always trying to turn the fastest profit, with minimal regard for quality, this is not true. By holding to our values we are able to partner with investors and general contractors who believe that beauty and quality require and deserve time. This relieves many of the stresses that come with hurriedness and unreasonable expectations.

To the technical side, we needed to bend some Intermediate Metal Conduit (IMC) today, and we pulled out a couple tools that we don’t normally show on the channel. We’d welcome your tips and tricks in the comments if you’re an industristrial/commercial electrician with lots of experience.
