Kamilaroi/Samoan beat-mistress Becca Hatch, Wemba Wemba hip-hop artist Philly and Gunai/Kurnai, Yorta Yorta and Wiradjuri DJ, designer and activist Sky Thomas (Soju Gang) share personal stories about using music as a tool for self-discovery, healing and growth. They discuss navigating the triumphs and difficulties of being working artists and the tools they’ve found on their journeys to support mental well-being and build community.

This is an inspiring discussion about the realities of working in the music industry today as a First Nations person, with host Willem Brussen – and including a special performance by Philly.
