Gujiya is a delicious sweet dumpling prepared during the festivals like Holi and Diwali in India. I am sharing the step by step homemade gujiya recipe, so you can follow the video and make it without fail.Gujiya is a sweet flour pastry with filling inside. Traditionally, this filling has Coconut or khoya (milk solids), ghee, semolina (suji), nuts, dried fruits, cardamom and jaggery . The pastry itself is simply made out of a dough of all-purpose flour, ghee and water. They are shaped . Wet Coconut and Walnut Gujiya with different taste and too tempting to eat .


Main ingredient:
Maida / All purpose flour -2 cups
Sooji / Semolina - 2 cups
Salt- 1 tsp
Butter/ Ghee - 3 tsp , hot
Poppy seed-2 tsp
Fresh Wet coconut- 1 cup
Walnut / Walnuts powder- 1 cup
Cardamom powder -1 tsp
Jaggery powder- 1 cup

Filling ingredients:
Maida - 4 tsp
Ghee - 4 tsp
