THE PREAMBLE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

The Bill of Rights Are The 10 Amendments are as follows:
First Amendment: Protects the freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.
Second Amendment: Protects the right to bear arms.
Third Amendment: Prohibits the forced quartering of soldiers in private homes during peacetime.
Fourth Amendment: Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures and requires probable cause for obtaining search warrants.
Fifth Amendment: Safeguards various rights, including the right to due process, protection against self-incrimination, and the prevention of double jeopardy.
Sixth Amendment: Guarantees the right to a fair and speedy trial, the right to legal counsel, the right to confront witnesses, and the right to a jury trial in criminal cases.
Seventh Amendment: Ensures the right to a jury trial in civil cases.
Eighth Amendment: Prohibits cruel and unusual punishment, as well as excessive bail or fines.
Ninth Amendment: States that the enumeration of rights in the Constitution does not deny or disparage other rights retained by the people.
Tenth Amendment: Recognizes that powers not delegated to the federal government and not prohibited to the states are reserved to the states or the people.
