This video contains 4 parts -

1. (Warm - up routine )

Excessive pressure on a cold muscle can cause injuries such as cramps, sprains, and other injuries. Warming up also gradually prepares the heart before exercise, increasing heart rate. Overall, the aim of the warm-up is to wake up the body and get it ready for exercise. A good warm-up reduces the chance of injury.


2. ( Stretch routine )

Stretching before martial art training is extremely important. Your body must be strong enough to deliver blows with force, while being flexible enough to move through a full range of motion.
Not only martial artists but every athlete should follow a stretch routine .


3. ( High kick drills )

Several goals can be attributed to drill and practice exercises. They can be used to build confidence as more answers are correctly provided. They also help to reinforce important materials. Learners are also provided and opportunity to practice critical skills and knowledge sets. I added so many easy & appreciable drills which will be helpful for you all while kicking .


4. ( Static stretches )

Static stretching requires you to move a muscle as far as it can go without feeling any pain, then hold that position for 20 to 45 seconds. You should repeat static stretches two to three times each. This is a very effective way to increase flexibility.
