Thanks for the suggestion from ‪@officerhonk3807‬! The main difference in this build is the use of flesh tearer (+7 bleed stack on critical hit for Tier III) instead of lacerate (+3 bleed stack on non-Weak spot hits for Tier III). Really a much better blessing, and able to take down elites and bosses more quickly, and also pretty good at clearing hordes as well.
