This was recording during a practice session on the Laycock and Bannister organ of St Mary's Church, Embsay. I have this well known African American Spiritual to play for my next service at Kelbrook so I decided to do a recording here. It is pretty easy and as I know it so well (Having sung it at School Assemblies too, even did a slightly more crude version called Kum bay arse), so I didn't really need any sheet music and did my own arrangement. Although on the second verse I did go a bit wrong, as I decided to drastically change the sound, only using the Stopped Diapason 8 and the Fifteenth 2.
