The British Monarchy is one of the most famous people in the world but do we know what she really does? It's a curious question.

While we may think a monarch has absolute power of all affairs, the truth is that current British system has evolved to be quite different. In 1215, King John was forced at the point of a sword to sign the ‘Magna Carta’, which is a royal charter of rights that acknowledged the British Monarch’s limits of power and was the start of the house of Commons and Lords.

In its current state, the United Kingdom does not have a single written constitution like the United States. Instead, the British system is governed by a number of documents including Magna Carta and Bill of Rights.

So then what does the Queen and the Royal Family (Prince Charles, Prince William, Kate, Prince Harry and Meghan) do in the current state of the United Kingdom? Well, you'll have to watch our video to find out :)
