Zaleha was well known for doing great Malay renditions of Bollywood Songs which were sometimes called "Irama Hindustan" or just "ala Hindustan" style - Bollywood became really popular in Singapore and Malaysia in the 60s and 70s (and still is) and had a great influence on many singers who were previously doing more Pop Yeh Yeh style songs...

Orkes Zindegi (Life Orchestra) was a great group!!! I love their sound... especially the keys, percussion, and the Saxophone!!!!
