If you follow my channel, you'll know that I like to see pressure move, but not as much mass. Too much weight transfer in the golf swing can cause low point control issues and leads to excessive sliding and tilting. With proper stance and pressure shifts one can make best use of ground force reaction. It's important to also understand the difference between weight and pressure shifts and in this video, Henry and I will do just that.
