I don't think I can put into words how I feel. That 24-hour row was just utterly insane, and It wouldn't have happened without Lisa and Laura.

You both came to my rescue with 2 weeks notice, and you jumped in head first! What a team we were!

We battled the emotions, the tiredness, and the broken bodies, but we did it together. Rasing money for our much needed mental health charities @andysmanclubuk and @mindcharity

To the people who kept us alive 😅 to the witnesses, the refs, the supporters, you know who you are, and we thank you enormously.

To Brad @gymini_fitness thank you for letting us do this in THE BEST gym! Couldn't have done it without you mate.

And to @davidhoughton_ the best videographer around! You were incredible. More than just a videographer, you also kept us alive with chicken nuggets, electrolytes, music, and vibes!
