Grow Persimmon Tree From Seed

I planted a few persimmon seeds that I collected last fall in Rootmaker root pruning pots. I waited a few months and now am transplanting the lone survivor tree in a one gallon Rootmaker pot. The squirrels kept digging the seeds up so I only ended up with one tree, but it is a very nice healthy persimmon tree. I used my tree mix with Osmocote slow release fertilizer.
