🌋爆漿紅糖糍粑Glutinous Rice Cake with Brown Sugar🍡
材料及份量(10條):
📌糯米粉(Glutinous Rice Flour) 200克
📌暖水(Warm Water) 150毫升

紅糖餡料:
📌低筋麵粉(Cake Flour) 15克
📌紅糖(Brown Sugar) 40克​

裝飾:
📌紅糖(Brown Sugar) 30克​
📌清水(Water) 20毫升
📌熟黃豆粉(Toasted Soy Bean Powder) 適量

做法:
①將暖水逐少加入糯米粉中,並搓成粉糰
②將其擀成長方形後切條備用
③將紅糖和低筋麵粉混合成糖餡
④取一份粉糰,將中間按壓,再放入餡料並收口捏緊,然後揉成長條狀,再放上盤上備用
⑤油落鍋煮熱,將已切條的粉糰落鍋,並以中火煎至金黃色後撈起
⑥將紅糖溶於清水中,並以小火煮成濃稠狀態即可
⑦在糍粑灑上一層熟黃豆粉後,再將糖漿淋於上即可享用

📌Glutinous Rice Flour 200g
📌Warm Water 150ml

Brown sugar filling:
📌Cake Flour 15g
📌Brown Sugar 40g​

STEP:
①Add warm water little by little into the glutinous rice flour and knead into a dough.
②Roll it into a rectangular shape and cut into strips for later use
③Mix brown sugar and low-gluten flour into sugar filling
④Take a portion of the dough, press in the middle, add the filling, pinch tightly, and then knead it into a long strip, then put it on the plate again and set aside
⑤Heat the oil in the pan, add the cut dough balls into the pan, and fry over medium heat until golden brown
⑥Dissolve brown sugar in water and cook over low heat until it becomes thick.
⑦Sprinkle a layer of cooked soybean flour on the glutinous rice cake, then pour the syrup on top and enjoy.
