When I first joined, I thought it would be all sketches, moodboards, and glamorous outfits.

I imagined myself designing pretty dresses, attending fun workshops, and creating Pinterest-worthy looks every day.

But reality hit hard.
Most of my time goes into learning fabrics, trims, threads, and tiny details nobody talks about.

Sketches are only a small part; understanding materials, textures, and how they behave is what really matters.

Sleep becomes optional. Deadlines sneak up on you. Coffee becomes a friend. Mistakes? Oh, they sting… but they teach you more than any teacher ever could.

Inspiration feels like 10% of the journey; the rest is hustle, trial-and-error, and stubbornly fixing what doesn’t work.

And yet… every stitch I make, every tiny design I perfect, every late-night realization reminds me why I chose this path.

To all fashion students out there: it’s messy, chaotic, overwhelming… and absolutely magical.
