Concrete NIGHTMARE! Worst Fear LOST PAD!

Описание к видео Concrete NIGHTMARE! Worst Fear LOST PAD!

MARCELLE HAD BEEN TRAINING FOR AT LEAST 1 1/2 MONTHS. WATCHING VIDEOS AND DEDICATED TRAINING. THIS WAS HIS FIRST REAL PROJECT GIVEN. 1 WET YARD IN THE SHADE. WHEN HE STARTED TO STRUGGLE AND COMPLAIN I PUSHED EVEN HARDER. HE IS IN TRAINING. THIS IS MY WAY OF TRAINING.

THIS WAS MARCELLES PAD. I HELPED HIM WITH IT MANY TIMES. BUT I REFUSED TO EDGE AND BROOM IT. AFTER ALL THIS TIME HE IS AS GOOD AT FINISHING AS HE WAS HIS FIRST WEEK.. (I.E. NOT GOOD) WATCH THE TIMELAPSE. I SPENT MASSIVE TIME OVER THERE COULD HAVE FINISHED PAD TWICE EASY. I AM TRYING TO TEACH.

My plan is to make this 23 year old that is new to concrete a complete concrete finisher within 3 months. We are 2 months in and he still has a ways to go...

It is a time and financial investment to train a complete noobie to master finisher especially if you want to do it quick. I hope he sticks around and has IT in him.

I should have rejected the concrete honestly not that the result would have been much different at all but the sidewalks finish would have been a bit better and just as a point should never have to put 60 gallons in 5 yards. But hey I like a challenge.

All in all its no problem at all will take an hour to tear out and we will just catch it on another pour. Not that worried about it. More worried about Marcelle becoming master finisher.. I want help and right now its more trouble then it is help BY FAR.

More big pours ahead.
