Alto Choir Practice Session. "Ehre sei Gott in der Höhe" or "Glory to God in the Highest", is Chorus # 21 of Part II of Bach's (BWV 248) "Weihnachts Oratorium". The heavenly host of angels is represented in Chorus #21. "Ehre sei Gott in der Höhe" is a vigorous contrapuntal challenge for the choir to hear all that is going on in this complex structure.
