This is a short how-to video on how I fixed my non responding motherboard by clearing the CMOS (aka resetting the BIOS.)
REMARK: To clear the BIOS you can just remove the battery. Using the CLR_CMOS pins does the same with the battery still in the socket.
This problem can happen if you leave a USB device inside your USB port when you shutdown the computer. 5V keeps running through the motherboard when the computer is off.
You can turn this off in some BIOS menus.
