First Impressions & Overview of the Exway Atlas Pro (With Gear Drive)

In this video, I take my first look at the Exway Atlas Pro! The Atlas Pro has a lot of upgrades over its predecessor, and is a worthy contender in the field of carbon fiber unibody boards. It's got DKP, a 12s4p, and in this case, gear drives, designed by Exway's Ace Labs. Be sure to check it out and use my code below if you're interested!

The Atlas Pro is a unibody Carbon Fiber electric skateboard with a 12s4p of Lishen 2170LA cells, an upgraded Hobbywing controller with Exway's full slew of customization in the app, a new remote, and in my case, gear drives. The overall package is pretty great, and the performance is up there with the rest of the unibody carbon fiber boards on the market. What makes this board unique? Well - most of them don't have gear drives or the ability to use an Aux Pack.

What about the gear drives? They're helical steel-on-steel gears with supporting bearings and a robust casing. In addition, the Ace gear drive has a huge protective frame that covers the motors. I'm not decided yet if this is a benefit or not, but some people may find that it looks cool. It's a bit bulky, and the whole package is quite heavy, but I would be surprised if someone were able to break it. The motors are 6370's, come in at 160kv, and providing a decent amount of torque.
